APPLICATION INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: All potential tenants must meet the renter’s criteria qualifications, and must complete the rental application. If any or all of these requirements are not met, your application may be denied.
If you are applying with one or more individuals, only one person should start the application process via the “Apply Now” button below. The other applicants will receive an email after they are selected as “additional applicants” on the first applicant’s application. Each applicant must be 18 years of age and over must submit a rental application.
A $45 application fee is required to process the application. We screen applicants based on the following criteria:

• Landlord References /Rental History
• Credit History
• Employment/Income

What are the income requirements?
Applicants must demonstrate a monthly income that is at least three times the rent amount.
What documents do I need to provide?
Please provide a valid photo ID, proof of income (such as pay stubs or tax returns), and a completed rental application form.
Is a credit check required?
Yes, a credit check is required for all applicants to assess financial responsibility.
Do you require a rental history?
Yes, a positive rental history with no prior evictions is required.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of processing your application.
Can I apply with a co-signer?
Yes, co-signers are accepted if they meet the income and credit requirements.
